1. Do you do commission work?

Yes! I would love to talk with you about creating an original work of art for your home, office, or design project. Send me an email at andreakraybill@gmail.com and we can set up a consultation to discuss your needs. Process involves a few steps: 1) email or phone consultation 2) quote of cost/time to complete 3) 50% deposit upon approval 4) mock-up painting/drawing 5) artwork in-progress 6) final approval before finishing 7) artwork shipped or picked up

2. What is your shipping policy?

I make every effort to ship as soon as possible. Once your artwork is heading your way, you will receive a notification email with all the shipment details. Shipping will be billed separately upon receipt. All artwork is shipped unframed and packaged accordingly. If you would like to receive your piece framed, please contact me at andreakraybill@gmail.com to discuss shipping costs. If you live in Los Angeles, you are welcome to arrange a pick-up from my studio to avoid shipping costs. 

3. Do you ship internationally?

Please contact me directly regarding international sales and shipping costs. I use PayPal for all transactions and will ship anywhere in the world. 

4. Can I return work that I have purchased?

All sales are final. I try my best to show all imagery as accurately as possible. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact me directly for further images.
